For over thirty years, the Camp ACHIEVA (formerly Camp Arc Spencer) staff has made a difference in the lives of our campers. The staff consists of a unique group of people from all walks of life.  Most are college students who have a sincere desire to work with people with disabilities. Many students majoring in education or special education find that working at Camp ACHIEVA not only offers an experience of a lifetime, but has the added bonus of looking great on a resumé!
 
One reason ACHIEVA’s camping program continues to grow is because of our exceptional staff.  Throughout the summer, the staff is reminded of the meaning of ACHIEVA and why the camping program has been a successful program for thirty years.
