Day Camp Programs

For over 20 years, The Arc of Beaver has sponsored and operated a day camp program that offers school age participants the chance to have fun, learn, and grow in the outdoors while returning home each afternoon. The day camp program is offered on the grounds of Brady’s Run Park. In addition, other locations are used to broaden day camp experiences.  This experience offers a time for everything, including “just for fun” activities and “just being yourself.” It is not our intention to provide professional counseling. These sessions are geared toward fun and enjoyment that together equal a memorable experience.

All programs are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. In the event that your first choice may not be available, it is very important to list an alternate choice. We do reserve the right to limit registration (established according to program design, budgetary limitation, site capabilities and necessary staffing patterns.)

REGISTRATIONS ARE NOT OFFICIAL UNTIL THE REGISTRATION FEE/AUTHORIZATION AND THE REQUIRED COMPLETED FORMS HAVE BEEN RECEIVED. NO VERBAL REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED. ALL FORMS ARE DUE, POSTMARKED BY THE DEADLINE DATE, ON THE CAMPER INFORMATION FORM. ALL APPLICATIONS RECEIVED AFTER THIS DATE WILL BE PLACED ON A WAITING LIST.

After a completed registration is accepted, an information packet will be mailed. Included in this packet will be session confirmation and other relevant information.
