Achieva Family Trust offers three types of special needs trusts: Pooled TrustsPayback Trusts, and Third-Party Trusts. Each allows for the preservation of funds so that necessities - like home modifications, adapted vehicles, and specialized treatments or medications can be paid for while preserving eligibility for lifelong supports and services.
