Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) waivers are Medicaid programs that provide long-term services and supports to older adults and people with disabilities to enable them to remain living at home or in another community-based setting.

This webinar will provide an overview of Medicaid Home and Community Based Waivers, including functional and financial eligibility, and increase attendees understanding of:

  • Clinical eligibility for various PA Medicaid Waiver programs
  • Financial eligibility for all Waiver programs
  • The application process to apply for Waivers
  • Available services in Waiver programs
