Achieva Adopts Official Person-Centered Planning Tool

Person-centered planning has long been a priority of Achieva. Adopting the Charting the LifeCourse (CtLC) Framework as our official person-centered planning tool ensures each employee has access to the training needed to implement the model. This September, every Achieva employee will learn more about the LifeCourse framework and the role each staff member can play in helping shape the ongoing enhancement of person-centered practices in our organization.

What is the Charting the LifeCourse framework?
The LifeCourse framework was created to help people of all abilities and ages develop a vision for a good life, think about what they need to know and do, identify how to find or develop supports, and discover what it takes to live the lives they want to live.

As we implement LifeCourse throughout Achieva, we anticipate the positive impacts it will have in the lives of those who use it!
