Meet Achieva Family Trust Staff

Ana Chelosky photoHi, my name is Ana Chelosky, and I am a Trust Administrator at Achieva Family Trust. I started this role in October after graduating from Duquesne University, where I studied Integrated Marketing Communications and Psychology. I hold a Bachelor’s degree along with a Business Management certification, and I’m also proficient in Spanish.

Achieva stood out to me during my job search because their commitment to helping others deeply resonated with me.

I love making people laugh and smile, both in and outside the office. I also enjoy spending time with my family and friends. Traveling is one of my biggest passions, and I jump at any opportunity to explore new places. So far, I’ve visited Spain, Portugal, and Amsterdam, and I have a long list of destinations I still dream of visiting. I’m also a huge fan of musical theatre, art, and movies!
photo of IreneMy name is Irene Xenakis, and I am a part-time Trust Assistant with Achieva Family Trust. I was named after my grandmother, Irene Sunday. Ever since I was young I felt this life source within me that would replenish when taking opportunities to hear individuals around me, and in turn, it offered me a sense of purpose. It helped me understand that life is about movement and knowing which direction you’re leading.

With an Associate Degree in Massage Therapy through CCAC, followed by Covid and the natural fear of trying something new, I remained a waitress at a family owned establishment.

Therefore, when the opportunity to work with Achieva came, and their willingness to work with my schedule, I felt like I found a place to help others.

As a Trust Assistant, I enjoy being able to communicate with our beneficiaries, and ease the natural anxiety that arises when we fear we are not being understood. Already a year in and I am grateful to be a part of this organization.
