Disability Rights in Adulthood: Act 61, Guardianship, and Beyond

Our presenters—Robert Lodge (Disability Rights Pennsylvania), LeeAnn Fulena (Achieva Family Trust), and Rose Warman (Achieva)—will guide participants through the meaning of adulthood for people with disabilities. Topics include the history and passing of Act 61, alternatives and myths surrounding guardianship, and the importance of rights and dignity of risk.
